Monday, & Wednesday from 10:00 – 12:00
Tuesday & Thursday from 1:00 – 3:00

Outside these hours, submit a PROTECT Help Desk ticket for assistance.

The PROTECT Help Desk Team will be away attending a conference Nov 6-9.  During these dates, we will not be holding live Virtual Help Desk hours on Zoom.  If you need assistance, enter a ticket in the PROTECT Help Desk using the link above and one of us will reach out to coordinate and help you.
