Our live virtual Help Desk Hours are staffed with a PROTECT Trainer who can:

  • give you hands-on assistance
  • answer your questions
  • walk you through something in the system

  • safely practice in a “sandbox” environment without affecting real study data, persons, notifications
  • test things and learn how things work in the system.
  • View realistic submissions (the site is refreshed every two weeks)
