Submit a PROTECT/IT Help Desk Ticket
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST (core hours)
NOTE: To submit a help desk ticket, you must be an NIH user.
Attend Virtual Help Desk Hours
Our live virtual Help Desk Hours are staffed with a PROTECT Trainer who can:
- give you hands-on assistance
- answer your questions
- walk you through something in the system
Hours: Monday to Thursday 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM EST
NOTE: There will be no live help desk hour on Thursday, June 25. To get assistance, please submit a help desk ticket at one of the links above and someone will get back to you.
Visit our PROTECT Training Site
All PROTECT users also have access to the PROTECT Training site where they can:
- safely practice in a “sandbox” environment without affecting real study data, persons, notifications
- test things and learn how things work in the system.
- View realistic submissions (the site is refreshed every two weeks)
Hours: 24/7, anywhere you have internet access
