Quorum rules:

• Maximum number of people in a meeting is 9, including the Chair.
• Maximum of 7 combination of Physician Scientists and Other Scientists within these limits:
  • Maximum number of Other Scientists is 4,
  • Maximum number of Physician Scientists is 7.
• Maximum number of Non Scientists is 2,
• Quorum is met when there are 5 people signed up and at least one of them is a non scientist, and at least one is a Chair.

Signup Notes

• Physician Scientists signs up as Physician Scientists or as Other Scientist if Physician Scientists slots taken.
• Other Scientists sign up only as Other Scientist.
• Non Scientists sign up only as Non Scientists.

Meeting Legend

• Red - meeting is Full.
• Blue - meeting is open and quorum has been met.
• Yellow - meeting is open and quorum has not been met.
• Green - IRB member logged in has signed up for the meeting.
• (C) - Indicates the meeting is closed.

Notifications

• A user gets the calendar invite when they sign up. No notifications are sent when they cancel signing up.
• If an admin edit’s a meeting, all members signed up get a email with a new calendar invite.
• Once a day, beginning 3 days before a meeting, all people signed up for the meeting will get a reminder.
• All admins get an email when a user is in-activated.
