Problem
I cannot log in to iRIS application.
Solution
NIH iRIS Application uses NIH Active Directory (NIH AD) to authenticate users and allow them to log in.
In order to log in to iRIS, a user must use a valid NIH username and a valid NIH password.

Mon - Fri: 6am-6pm EST
Limited Support After-Hours
Sat - Sun: 8:30am-5pm EST
